Distance 38km with option to car shuffle and complete 20.5km
Terrain open farmland, gravel roads, footpaths through forested areas.
Fitness Good fitness to maintain 4.0-4.5km/hr pace

This is a circular walk starting from James McKane Lookout near Cooran. We walk Trails 2 and 3 of the Noosa Trail Network (map available on the Sunshine Coast Regional Council website). The trails cross private and public land with great views and rest areas. Pub and cafe at Kin Kin for lunch options.

Option to car shuffle to complete 20.5km, finishing at Kin Kin. This one way option involves two 150m ascents. Returning to the Lookout involves another 300m of climbing
